Do I need experience?
No. Swimming confidence helps, but your instructor builds the session from the basics.
How fast does it go?
Fast enough to feel magical, but lessons are controlled around balance, safety and smooth lift.
What should I bring?
Swimwear, sunscreen and a towel. We provide helmet, vest and equipment.
